Hope is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, and has over 14 years of experience handling a variety of complex litigation matters ranging from financial services litigation and business and commercial litigation to personal injury, labor and employment and products liability.  She has represented clients in both federal and state courts. Additionally, she has provided in-house training to clients on a variety of topics including adequately preparing for depositions, protecting the attorney client privilege, responding to discovery and protecting consumer information.

Hope is a litigator who enjoys working with her clients to get cases ready for trial. She is comfortable handling general fraud cases to handling more complex litigation. In more complex cases, she has worked with clients to arrive at cost-effective means to produce, organize and review millions of pages of documents, both electronically and in hard copy format, keeping privilege issues in mind at all times. In that regard, Hope has counseled several clients on how to effectively protect and guard against inadvertent disclosure or waiver of information protected by the work product and attorney-client privileges.
