      Represented Quality Steel Corporation in its acquisition of certain assets from Taylor-Wharton International, LLC, American Welding & Tank LLC and TW Express LLC (sellers) used in their manufacturing, marketing, selling, transporting and servicing propane and NH3 tanks and other related products specifically at locations in West Jordan, Utah, and Fremont, Ohio (excluding sellers' tank refurbishment and recertification business in Crossville, Tennessee).

      Represented Southern RV, LLC in its acquisition of substantially all assets of BAGOS, LLC, dba Reliable RV, used in its business of selling recreational vehicles and related parts and accessories to retail consumers.
