Assisted client in lobbying EPA, in conjunction with the Portland Cement Association, for changes to proposed air regulations.

Represented Energen Corporation during the consideration of comprehensive energy legislation and climate change legislation.
Federal Appropriations
Represented the City of Auburn, Alabama, which received $18.4 million in federal funding to construct a new interchange.
Transportation/Infrastructure Issues
Represented Vulcan Materials Company during the reauthorization of SAFETEA-LU and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (“ARRA”).
Workforce/Economic Development
Represented a coalition of the largest employers in Alabama in the successful effort to defeat state legislation that would have hindered economic development in the state.
