"Be Prepared For the Closing" is the theme of this course, designed for real estate professionals, including brokers, title insurance closers, bankers, developers, attorneys and others who are involved in the closing side of real estate deals. What should be a happy event for all involved can turn into a very unpleasant experience if everyone is not prepared. This course will review current laws, the usual forms and customary procedures that take place after contracts are signed but before the deal is closed.
