Defending Wrongful Discharge Claims Under Tennessee Law

The National Business Institute is hosting this one-day seminar regarding the deflection and litigation of wrongful discharge claims on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 from 9:00 am through 4:30 pm at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown. Here is a summary of what will be covered:

• Prevail against claims with sophisticated pretrial and courtroom strategies.
• Avoid problems in the first place by instituting proper termination procedures.
