The National Business Institute is hosting this one-day seminar covering zoning issues on Thursday, December 1, 2005 from 9:00 am through 4:30 pm at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel. Boult Cummings attorney, Jim Murphy, will be speaking at this event. Here is a summary of what will be covered:

This course has been approved by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6.0 Continuing Education Credits, including 1.0 hour of ethics.  Attendance at the entire seminar is required in order to receive credit.
