Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP invites you attend the next seminar in the Breakfast with Bradley series on Thursday, February 5 from 7:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the Nashville office. The Breakfast with Bradley seminar series is designed as a quarterly legal update for HR professionals.

If you are a nonunion employer, this discussion is for you. The so-called Employee Free Choice Act presents the biggest potential change in labor law since labor laws first were passed in the 1930’s.  If you want to hear what all the fuss is about – and learn some ways to help keep your workplace free from union interference if the bill becomes law – please join us. John Hargrove from our Birmingham office will review the historical path to unionization, and Chuck Mataya from our Nashville office will present the drastic changes contained in this and other  bills. Both also will offer tips and answer questions about staying union free even if the bill becomes law.

Boult Cummings is a Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Approved Provider. This course has been approved by the HRCI for 2.0 hours of Continuing Education Credit. Attendance at the entire seminar is required in order to receive full credit. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit the HRCI homepage at www.hrci.org.

Due to limited seating, registration is limited to three individuals per company. Additional registrants per company will be placed on the waiting list. If space allows, we will contact the waiting list individuals and invite them to attend.

The registration deadline is Friday, January 30.
