Employee Benefits Update

B. David Joffe and Gordon Earle Nichols, both Partners in the firm's Nashville office, will be speakers at the Employee Benefits: Managing Your Risks. The seminar will be held in the firm's Montgomery office on October 22nd and Jackson office on October 23rd. This seminar provides an overview of fiduciary obligations for employers and others involved in the administration of employee benefit plans. It will include an update on recent developments in the law affecting fiduciaries. It will also provide recommendations to limit potential fiduciary liability.
