This seminar, being held in the firm's Nashville office, is the 4th our firm has offered for in-house counsel who may not be trial lawyers or litigators, but who deal with disputes, do not have a large in-house staff of lawyers, but who are expected by their employer to be knowledgeable about many different areas of the law. This specific seminar is geared towards giving the attendees "2009 updates," primarily recent developments, in specific topics that in house counsel have to deal with and provide advice to their employers: intellectual property, attorney client privilege, ethics issues for in-house counsel, white collar/governmental investigations, labor/employment, US Supreme Court decisions, and business judgment decisions in settling disputes. To register please send your name, company name, title and email address to email@example.com. For details please see event invitation.
