2009 Litigation Update: What An In-House Counsel Needs To Know

This seminar, being held in the firm's Nashville office, is the 4th our firm has offered for in-house counsel who may not be trial lawyers or litigators, but who deal with disputes, do not have a large in-house staff of lawyers, but who are expected by their employer to be knowledgeable about many different areas of the law.
