Beau Byrd participated in the "Nuts and Bolts of Retail Leases" bi-monthly conference call series designed to provide newly practicing lawyers, as well as those new to the retail leasing field, with a basic understanding of lease provisions and their sometimes unique application to retail leases. Over the course of the series, co-hosts will fully negotiate a retail lease, from a landlord's and tenant's perspective, so that attendees may gain an understanding of the relevant issues.

Beau's topic covered Estoppel Certificates and Subordinates, Attornment and Non-Disturbance Agreements.

The Retail Leasing Committee is an active group of lawyers with an interest in retail leasing. Members include not only retail leasing specialists, but also those who would like to learn more about retail leasing.
