Firm Hosted ACRE Summer Meeting

On July 29th, the Firm’s Birmingham office hosted the summer meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Center for Real Estate which is based at the University of Alabama. The Trustees’ meeting was followed by a luncheon that included the members of the Center’s Leadership Council which held its summer roundtable meeting after the luncheon. Dr. Robert Bentley, the Republican candidate for Governor, gave the keynote address to the Leadership Council. Meade Whitaker is a long-time Trustee and former Chairman, and Beau Byrd is a member of the Leadership Council. Both the Board of Trustees and the Leadership Council are composed of real estate professionals and others involved in the real estate industry from around the state.
