Gordon Earle Nichols to present at the Wilson County Existing Industry Forum & Luncheon.

The 2010 health care reform legislation will have significant impact on just about every element of the U.S. economy, and have a special effect on all employers. Even after the recent shift in control of the U.S. House of Representatives, outright repeal of the reform legislation seems unlikely. As such, the first waves of the changes brought about in the legislation are rapidly becoming effective to the medical benefit plans of many employers.

What does the health care reform legislation mean for your company? By attending this presentation, you will gain perspective on how the reform legislation will affect all employers, including both those which do and those which do not currently maintain medical benefit plans for their employees. You will also learn many of the nitty-gritty details about the changes in the rules governing employer-provided medical benefits, including both insured and self-insured arrangements, that have already become effective and that are scheduled to become effective in later years.
