The first part of this seminar will discuss the basic concerns affecting employers with respect to immigration including worksite trends, legislative developments, and how employer’s can reduce risk in an era of increased I-9 enforcement audits. This seminar will also cover some of the most frequently used employment based temporary visas. The second part will address recent developments expanding the scope and exposure of various anti-retaliation laws.
