COST’s 2011 Spring Audit Session-Income Tax Conference

COST’s 2011 Spring Audit Session-Income Tax Conference will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. BABC attorneys Chris Grissom and Will Thistle will be speaking on “State Taxation of Owners of Pass-Through Entities”. The Spring Audit Session-Income Tax Conference is a 2½ day program offering presentations on current income and franchise tax issues. It is COST’s primary audit session, where current audit information on all 50 states is shared among the membership. The Conference is targeted to Income and Franchise Tax professionals at all levels of experience. Although state income taxes will be the primary focus, state audits of all tax types and issues will be fair game during the extensive participatory audit discussions. In between audit sessions, attendees will hear updates on the latest hot state tax topics. The conference is scheduled to begin with a reception on Sunday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m. and conclude on Wednesday at noon. For more information, click here.
