An Update on the Affordable Care Act

David Joffe, partner in the firm's Nashville office will present on "An Update on the Affordable Care Act" at the Optimum Solutions Users Conference 2011. 

This session will provide an update on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. It will emphasize the responsibilities of employers with regard to their group health plans. The session will focus primarily on the obligations that will come into effect in the next two years. However, it will also provide an overview of the challenges to the Act and how the health plan landscape may change in the future.
