Environmental Seminar

Summary
Managing the risk of potential environmental liability is a constant issue for almost every business enterprise in the United States, and the environmental risk is constantly changing as laws and regulations are enacted to meet real or perceived environmental concerns. This seminar will provide timely information for managing this risk, including an examination of recent developments in environmental regulation as well as current legislative and administrative activities that may result in additional regulation.

In addition, addressing environmental issues is not without its rewards, and the seminar will include a discussion of environmental tax credits and incentives, and the benefits of environmental due diligence.
