70th Annual NYU Institute on Federal Taxation

On October 26, 2011 Bradley Arant Partner Bruce Ely will be one of two speakers presenting a workshop for the 70th Annual NYU Institute on Federal Taxation in New Yor, NY.  The workshop will compare and contrast the federal tax rules applicable to partnerships and S corporations and their owners with the state law counterparts, including federal-state (non)conformity, owner nexus issues, varying methods of apportioning income among the states, composite returns and withholding on nonresident owners, and entity-level taxes.
