David Deusner, an attorney in the Birmingham office and Director of Litigation Support and E-discovery Services for the firm, will be part of a panel discussion held by the Alabama Bar Association entitled "Admitting Electronic and Computer Evidence" on June 15, 2012.

Expected topics include social media, email, text messages, and other commonly encountered forms of electronic evidence.

Using simplified hypotheticals, this panel discussion will focus on considerations in obtaining evidence from computers and electronic devices, as well as issues in getting it admitted at trial once the evidence is obtained.
