Marc James Ayers and Jonathan Hooks Participating in Appellate Law CLE at Alabama State Bar Meeting

Marc James Ayers and Jonathan Hooks, partner and senior attorney in the Birmingham office, will be participating in a presentation at the Alabama State Bar Annual Meeting in Sandestin, Florida on July 19 entitled “How to Lose an Oral Argument in 10 Minutes.” The presentation, put on by the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar, will feature a mock oral argument before former and current Alabama Supreme Court justices with Marc James Ayers, former Chair of the Section, as one of the oral advocates. The presentation was organized by and will be moderated by current Section Chair Jonathan Hooks.
