Chuck Stewart, partner in the Montgomery office, was a presenter at the Housing Authority Defense Attorneys 10th Anniversary Seminar on Wednesday, December 5, 2012, at the Key West Marriott Beachside Hotel in Key West, Florida.  Chuck was co-presenter with Mickey McInnish on the topic of "The Keys to Not Going South: Protecting the PHA and Yourself in 504 Cases."
