Four Bradley Arant Boult Cummings (BABC) attorneys will serve as panelists for "Recent Antitrust Developments in the Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Markets," in the next installment of the "Recent Development Initiatives" sponsored by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee. Jay L. Levine, Michael S. Denniston, Lauren B. Jacques, and Scott Lenz, Jr., will discuss health care and pharmaceuticals legislative, regulatory, enforcement, and litigation developments in these two markets.
