Robert Maddox was a panelist at the MBA's National Mortgage Servicing Conference & Expo in Dallas, Texas. Robert was on the panel "Operating in a Patchwork of Servicing Standards".

The panel discussed the potential effects of the CFPB’s Final Ruling and how organizations will operate as a result. The discussion focused on how the standards interact with the Attorneys General Settlement Agreement, Agency servicing requirements, and other federal and state laws. Key operational themes covered included loss mitigation processing, continuity of contact, error resolution, borrower contact and issues related to borrowers in bankruptcy.
