CFPB Rules Industry Trends for Servicing

Heather Hutchings will be one of three presenters at a Knowledge Congress live webcast—“CFPB Rules Industry Trends for Servicing”—that will provide compliance and mortgage personnel an opportunity to understand the key issues facing the mortgage servicing industry, now that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has issued its Mortgage Servicing Rules which are designed to help banks and non-banks standardize their processes and deliverables.

This two-hour live webcast, which will run from 12 noon to 2 pm (ET) on Thursday, September 26, 2013, is aimed at senior-level executives in the mortgage servicing industry, most especially: compliance and risk professionals, mortgage business line personnel, internal auditors, general counsel and those involved in vendor oversight. The webcast is accredited, providing 1.75 to 2 credit-hours (CLE/CPE).
