Mabry Rogers focuses his practice on complex construction and procurement litigation. He has been with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings since 1975 and worked on some of the most important matters in Alabama, the Southeast and around the country over the past several decades. Rogers is a member of the American College of Construction Lawyers, named a leading lawyer by Best Lawyers and Chambers USA, and most recently recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star and by Best Lawyers as the 2011 Construction “Lawyer of the Year.” He holds a B.A. (cum laude) from Yale University and a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School of Law.
Wally joined the firm in 1976 practicing in the area of general litigation. His early work on construction cases soon developed into what became a long and distinguished career in construction litigation, construction contracts and domestic and international arbitration. Wally’s work has taken him throughout the world. Wally graduated cum laude from Princeton University and holds his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® for Construction Law, 2003-2014. Wally is a member of the American College of Construction Lawyers, has been recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star, and teaches construction law at the University of Alabama Law School.
Bob Symon practices in the areas of construction and government contract law, litigation disputes throughout the country in state and federal courts involving a wide variety of complex construction claims. He has enjoyed considerable success prosecuting and defending bid protests at the Government Accountability Office (GAO). He has been practicing in construction and procurement since 1992, and his alma mater is Washington and Jefferson College, and he attained his JD From University of Baltimore School of Law.
Bryan is an engineer by education and a lawyer by trade. His practice focuses on construction and property related litigation where he represents owners, EPC contractors, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in a variety of issues and projects ranging from state-of-the-art power plants to residential homes. He has defended corporate clients in construction related product liability cases and represented other construction clients with property related issues stemming from bank foreclosures and loan default. He bleeds Blue, as he’s UKy squared for undergraduate (summa cum laude) and JD (Order of the Coif).
Monica represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, engineers, and sureties in public and private construction projects, focusing on risk mitigation and dispute avoidance throughout the construction process. Monica has significant experience with utility-scale energy developers and EPC contractors, advising on contract negotiation, project management, and dispute resolution. Monica is also from the Gator Nation, UFl BS (summa cum laude), and JD (cum laude, Executive Managing Editor, Florida Law Review).
