Ethics and Technology: Recent Model Rules Changes

Join the Litigation Team of Bradley for a one-hour presentation focusing on ethics and technology. As recent changes to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct emphasize, a competent lawyer must keep abreast of “the benefits and risks associated with relevant technology.” Learn about the model rules’ technology driven changes as to confidentiality and as to client development, including practical considerations such as password fundamentals, mobile device security, and social media.
