Bradley Arant Partner Stephen R. Spivack Selected to Moderate The Knowledge Group’s FCPA Compliance Webcast

Partner Stephen Spivack, Chair of the Government Enforcement and Investigations Practice Group, has been invited to moderate The Knowledge Group’s live webcast entitled “FCPA 2014: Compliance Initiatives and Trends.” The two-hour event will focus on companies and clients potentially at risk for an FCPA investigation. Speakers will identify industry trends, explore relevant issues, and discuss key insights on how to strengthen FCPA compliance initiatives.

The Knowledge Group’s live webcasts are educational webinars that unite experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds with the aim of exploring industry trends and regulatory changes through a unique multi-perspective lens. Steve is a highly experienced white-collar attorney who has served as a federal prosecutor for many years in the District of Columbia and as a defense lawyer for the last twenty-five years. He has handled a wide variety of complex white-collar cases and in 2009, after a ten week trial in federal court in Montana, all charges were dismissed against his client, a Division President of W.R. Grace, in what the EPA claimed was one of the most important environmental cases ever brought.
