We also will discuss the interrelationship between indemnity provisions and other contract terms involving procurement of insurance and limitations on recoverable damages. In addition, the presentation will address the importance of coordinating indemnity and insurance contractual provisions with your client’s insurance coverage. We will also present a synopsis on the basics of the types of insurance coverage frequently required in commercial contracts.
