Summary
Join the Litigation Team of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP for a one-hour interactive discussion focusing on ethical issues faced by in-house counsel. In-house counsel often encounter ethical considerations and pressures not faced by outside counsel. This entertaining and informative presentation will test your knowledge regarding how in-house counsel should respond to various ethical dilemmas that might arise and will offer practical advice on handling those situations. The audience will participate in the presentation through interactive technology that will allow them to vote for or select the action they think is most appropriate in given a situation.

            - Who is the in-house lawyer’s client?
            - What are common ethical conflicts and how should in-house counsel
            deal with them?
            - How can in-house counsel preserve and protect the attorney-client privilege?
            - What ethical considerations are presented when responding to discovery?
            - What are in-house counsel’s ethical reporting obligations within the company?
            - What should counsel do to preserve documents within the company when
            litigation is anticipated?
