The seminar will also provide a broad overview of critical contractual indemnity provisions, and will address the general limits to enforceability of contract indemnity, drafting indemnity provisions to allocate responsibility for third-party claims arising out contract performance, the interrelationship between indemnity provisions, and other contract terms involving procurement of insurance and limitations on recoverable damages.
