Alabama State Bar Tax Section Annual Meeting

Chief Administrative Law Judge William L. (Bill) Thompson, along with James E. Long, Jr. and Bruce P. Ely of BABC and ADOR Assistant Counsel Craig Branch, will discuss the benefits of the newly established Alabama Tax Tribunal and what it means for both multistate and local businesses and their representatives in their presentation, “Update on the New Alabama Tax Tribunal.” In addition, William T. Thistle, II will speak on “The Use of Voluntary Disclosure Agreements to Resolve State and Local Tax Liabilities.”
