Haydn Richards was a featured panelist at the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Regulatory Compliance Conference which took place in Washington, D.C., from September 28-30. The General Session, discussed developments in regards to state compliance, namely state regulatory trends and how these trends can affect organizational operations.

The MBA Regulatory Compliance Conference is an annual event that attracts hundreds of delegates from the mortgage financing and servicing industries. Attendees will include inside and outside counsel, compliance officers, government relations professionals and company executives, as well as senior officials from government regulatory agencies. The conference will provide attendees with the most comprehensive updates available on new rules, and new interpretations of previously released rules, including practical tips and guidance.
