Dealing with Difficult Witnesses: Yours and Theirs

Anne Marie Seibel will be part of a panel discussion at the 2014 The Women of the Section of Litigation: Leading, Litigating & Connecting CLE conference. This is the ABA Section of Litigation’s inaugural meeting of its type and has been planned by a partnership of the Woman Advocate Committee, Women in Insurance Network, and Women in Products Liability. The panel discussion will feature practical advice from in-house counsel and experienced trial lawyers, as well as demonstrations of effective trial preparation of clients and controlling difficult witnesses on cross-examination. The ethics of trial preparation will also be discussed.
