Join the Litigation Team of Bradley for a one-hour lunch presentation. Data breaches and the loss by companies of their customers’ personally identifiable information are increasingly common; hardly a week passes without public announcement of a significant data breach. Almost as common are the class action and other lawsuits that are increasingly following in the wake of such breaches. This seminar will look at recent developments in data breach litigation, including defenses that are increasingly finding success in court, as well as FTC and other regulatory enforcement activity. The seminar will also address steps companies can take to help minimize their exposure to data breach litigation.

This course is pending approval by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education for one hour of CLE credit.
