Assignment and Subletting – Who Are You? Know Your Tenant

Please join the Real Estate team of Bradley for a two-hour breakfast on assignments and Subletting. We will provide a primer on the basics of assignment and subletting in lease transactions that will take you from front end lease negotiation through the actual assignment or subletting transaction. Following that primer we will take a look at litigation pitfalls and case law that underscore the importance of getting these issues right on the front end.
