Join the Litigation Team of Bradley for a one-hour lunch presentation. The most important intellectual property case in 2014 was the Supreme Court’s decision in Alice v. CLS Bank Int’l. Alice has had a significant impact on software-based and business method-based patent applications, as well as challenges to patent eligible subject matter more generally. This seminar looks at Alice and other recent Supreme Court patent decisions, and analyzes how these cases might impact valuation and financial reporting of existing patents, efforts to obtain new patents and infringement litigation strategy in a post-Alice world.

This course has been approved by the Tennessee Commission for Continuing Legal Education for one hour of CLE credit.
