Property managing, documenting, and controlling banking information are especially challenging in a highly regulated industry, and missteps can lead to regulatory and litigation risk. Further complicating matters, financial institutions increasingly encounter government enforcement actions as recipients of subpoenas, victims of fraud, or even targets of investigations.
