Tennessee Banking Association Credit Conference
Thursday, February 05-Friday, February 06, 2015
Nashville, TN
Property managing, documenting, and controlling banking information are especially challenging in a highly regulated industry, and missteps can lead to regulatory and litigation risk. Further complicating matters, financial institutions increasingly encounter government enforcement actions as recipients of subpoenas, victims of fraud, or even targets of investigations. This program will survey some of the landmines banks and financial institutions currently face and address best practices to reduce their legal risk.
