Basics of Land Use Law

Please join the Real Estate Team of Bradley for a two-hour presentation focusing on land use law. We will discuss various planning and zoning concepts like the land use plan, transportation plan, zoning ordinance, special exceptions, variances, subdivisions, and site plans. In addition, we will address the importance of the presentation to the administrative body in any litigation challenging the decision of the administrative body. We will also summarize the types of legal actions that may be brought to challenge a land use decision.

This course is pending approval by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission for 2 hours of Continuing Education Credit.
