Global Litigation Patterns for Global Products

The seminar presentation “Global Litigation Patterns for Global Products” will be presented by Tripp Haston, International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) President, and other attorneys from Australia, England, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. Held at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL), the seminar will address developing global litigation patterns—taking product liability as a thematic example—and will cover topics such as civil procedure, funding issues, collective redress, and broader access to justice issues. The event is jointly sponsored by the IADC and the BIICL.
