Bradley is pleased to announce its second annual Insider’s Guide to Government Enforcement, a half-day seminar devoted to issues involving internal investigations, compliance, and False Claims Act and other government litigation. This year’s seminar, entitled “Identifying and Managing the New Risks,” centers on the pragmatic question company decision-makers most often ask: What risk does my company face, and how do we manage it?

Seminar attendees will hear a spirited discussion from some of the best in their fields, including current and former Department of Justice attorneys, corporate leaders, and members of Bradley's government enforcement and investigations group. Among the topics to be covered:

  • What questions to ask before and during an internal investigation
  • How to protect your company’s privileges during investigations and compliance reviews
  • The trends in whistleblower actions and False Claims Act enforcement
  • How to create a culture of compliance and avoid compliance missteps
  • How to maximize the value of your compliance efforts
  • Industry-specific guidance for companies in the healthcare, financial services, and government contracting industries, among others
