Lending to Series LLC’s

Mr. Griffin served as a panelist for the Creditor Rights Subcommittee at the 2016 Spring meeting for the ABA Business Law Section. Mr. Griffin’s presentation featured key issues and concerns for lenders to consider when making secured loans to Series LLC’s, and proper protocols that should be implemented in connection with such loans.
