Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act

Mr. Griffin served as a panelist for the Creditor Rights Subcommittee for the 2016 Fall meeting for the ABA Business Law Section. Mr. Griffin’s presentation featured the newly proposed Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act, and comparison of the proposed Act with existing state and federal receivership statutes.
