Emerging Issues in the Electronic Marketplace

Bradley will be hosting in its Nashville office an International Trademark Association (INTA) Roundtable on emerging issues in the electronic marketplace.

Commerce continues to shift to the digital marketplace. In this roundtable we will explore the trademark practice issues and regulations surrounding this fundamental change in doing business. Some of the topics that will be discussed are as follows:

• The effect on trademark usage as resellers and dealers become de-centralized;
• How to combat the rise of small-batch counterfeit products that are being created in homes; and
