The Mississippi Bar Center hosted a CLE Seminar geared toward lawyers new to the practice of law, and particularly litigation practice. The Seminar was part of the Bar’s Litigation 101 Series. Simon Bailey spoke on a recent United States Supreme Court opinion and the ethical implications of the opinion for civil practitioners.
