MDLs: Are They Expedient or Harmful for Defendants?

Lawyers for Civil Justice (“LCJ”) is a national coalition of defense trial lawyer organizations, law firms, and corporations that promotes excellence and fairness in the civil justice system to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of civil cases. Haston is a Past President of one of LCJ’s founding organizations, the International Association of Defense Counsel, and is former Board member of LCJ.
