Right of Publicity

This annual program hosted by the Tennessee Bar Association focuses on media law and other communication law issues. Topics will address open courts, protective orders in civil cases, document leaks, and writing and publicity. Speakers will also cover legislative updates, reviewing broadband legislation and pending issues before the court challenging One Touch/Make Ready ordinance passed in Nashville in 2016.
