1:00 PM-2:30 PM EST
In the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 signed by President Obama, Congress enacted a completely new federal centralized partnership audit regime that, for the first time, will give the Internal Revenue Service the authority to audit partnerships directly and to assess and collect deficiencies from the partnership itself. These new rules are scheduled to become effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017 with the first IRS audits anticipated to begin under the new rules as early as 2020. Please join this complimentary 1.5 hour webinar, as the esteemed speakers address these and related questions.
