What’s Fair & What’s Foul When it Comes to Competitors

Presented to: Association of Corporate Counsel, Charlotte Chapter. This program will cover legal issues that arise when businesses compete. Topics will include non-compete covenants for employees, non-solicitation covenants covering employees and customers, and provisions for protecting trade secrets and other commercially valuable information. Bradley presenters will also provide practical tips on drafting and working with these provisions based on recent court decisions, and will briefly address comparative advertising and product disparagement.
