Andy Murray and Jay Hardcastle will discuss selected issues in healthcare transactional matters, including traps for the unwary, current trends, and ethical issues.  Topics will include post-closing transitional issues, current trends in risk allocation, problems encountered with foundations created with the proceeds of the sale of non-profit hospitals, confidentiality issues associated with the RFP process, preparing the board and management of a target facility for a sale, ethical issues for attorneys presented in the transactional context, and other issues.
