It is important from a tactical and financial standpoint to consider whether your company should include an arbitration clause in its contracts. It is also important to think through the type of arbitration procedure your company needs if it elects to insert this type of clause.
This course will address the pros and cons of arbitration and litigation. We will discuss key topics such as cost, timing, discovery, and finality.
