Bankruptcy at the Beach

The Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Alabama State Bar cordially invites you to attend the 31st Annual Bankruptcy at the Beach seminar to be held on June 8 and 9, 2018 at the beautiful Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa.  This family-friendly event provides 8 hours of CLE in both the areas of consumer and commercial bankruptcy law, mixed with time for socializing with colleagues and enjoying all that the Emerald Coast has to offer.

Our program this year features some exceptional keynote speakers - Judge Neil P. Olack, Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, will be our Commercial Keynote Speaker, and Bill Rochelle, the Editor-at-Large for the American Bankruptcy Institute will be our Consumer Keynote Speaker. Judge Robinson returns this year to present the annual 11th Circuit Update and Professor John Czarnetzky also returns with the annual UCC update.  We are deeply appreciative to have the support and participation of all of our Alabama bankruptcy judges this year.
